Processing Times
Pride of Glasgow Clothing Ltd operate a two business day process time. This means it can be up to two business days before your order is shipped. Please ensure you are aware of this before contacting our support regarding late shipments.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 24-hours from purchase.
"Please also note any customers ordering products listed as 'Pre-Order' should expect up to 7 business days process time as these products are made to order."
Shipping Times
At checkout, two shipping options are available when placing an order. Below details how they differ;
Standard – 2-4 business days from shipping - to most UK destinations - £4.39
Express – 1-3 business days from shipping - to most UK destinations - £5.75
Pride of Glasgow Clothing offers full tracking service on every order, when an order is shipped the customer will receive conformation via their email address used at check out, this will contain the tracking information.
Orders are shipped Mon-Sat (excluding bank/public holidays).

International Shipping
Pride of Glasgow Clothing offers worldwide shipping. Customers outside the United Kingdom who wish to place an order must contact us directly via email or Instagram's direct messages section.
